BST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, OAS2, and DTX3L. Each is linked with BST2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BST2-to-partner and partner-to-BST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BST2 versus NMI in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
