Across TCGA patient cohorts, BST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP502, RN7SL191P, and MIR378E. Each is linked with BST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BST2-to-partner and partner-to-BST2 results are reported.
