Across TCGA cell cohorts, BST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,304 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BST2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport of viral material, Negative regulation of viral genome replication, and Negative regulation of viral process. Each is linked with BST2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BST2-to-partner and partner-to-BST2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of intracellular transport of viral material grouped by BST2-low versus BST2-high in BREAST.
