Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSPRY protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,560 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSPRY-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDHD3, WDR31, and HSDL2. Each is linked with BSPRY in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSPRY-to-partner and partner-to-BSPRY results are reported.
