BSND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSND mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSND-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, PIP5K1C, and MTND3P2. Each is linked with BSND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSND-to-partner and partner-to-BSND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by BSND-low versus BSND-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSND→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
