BSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and ATM. Each is linked with BSN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSN-to-partner and partner-to-BSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by BSN-low versus BSN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
