BSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,178 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H10, TPGS2, and FEM1A. Each is linked with BSN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSN-to-partner and partner-to-BSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H10 grouped by BSN-low versus BSN-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
