BSN-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSN-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,395 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSN-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF12_S227, CACNA2D2, and MYEF2. Each is linked with BSN-DT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSN-DT-to-partner and partner-to-BSN-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSN-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSN-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
