BSG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BSG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, ZNF280B, and PIGW. Each is linked with BSG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BSG-to-partner and partner-to-BSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by BSG-low versus BSG-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→BSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
