BRSK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRSK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRSK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF6, ANKRD62, and UTF1. Each is linked with BRSK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRSK2-to-partner and partner-to-BRSK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF6 grouped by BRSK2-low versus BRSK2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRSK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRSK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
