BRMS1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRMS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,607 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRMS1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCARD, WRNIP1, and SSRP1. Each is linked with BRMS1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRMS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BRMS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRMS1L versus PYCARD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRMS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRMS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
