The most reproducible BRMS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf65, DICER1-AS1, and SNHG10. Each is linked with BRMS1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRMS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BRMS1L results are reported.
