Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRMS1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,851 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRMS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf65, DICER1-AS1, and SNHG10. Each is linked with BRMS1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRMS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BRMS1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRMS1L versus C12orf65 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
