Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRMS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,470 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRMS1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with BRMS1L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRMS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BRMS1L results are reported.
