Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRMS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRMS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR8, IQCF3, and KRTAP19-3. Each is linked with BRMS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRMS1L-to-partner and partner-to-BRMS1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR8 grouped by BRMS1L-low versus BRMS1L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRMS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRMS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
