Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRIX1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRIX1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Chromosome localization, and Spindle assembly. Each is linked with BRIX1P1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIX1P1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIX1P1 results are reported.
