BRIX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRIX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRIX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, PSMD7P1, and RNA5SP519. Each is linked with BRIX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIX1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS8P1 grouped by BRIX1-low versus BRIX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
