Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,385 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A5, CXCR1, and NDC80. Each is linked with BRIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRIP1 versus SLC7A5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
