Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,670 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP2, MRM3, and TOP3A. Each is linked with BRIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP2 grouped by BRIP1-low versus BRIP1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
