BRIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with BRIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by BRIP1-low versus BRIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
