BRIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, RBL1, and CLSPN. Each is linked with BRIP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRIP1 versus NUP85 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
