BRIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 177 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H5, LRRC55, and OR52E4. Each is linked with BRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H5 grouped by BRIP1-low versus BRIP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
