BRINP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRINP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRINP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENR, DRG1, and ERCC6L. Each is linked with BRINP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRINP3-to-partner and partner-to-BRINP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DENR grouped by BRINP3-low versus BRINP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRINP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRINP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
