BRINP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRINP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRINP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR20B, PRR20A, and PRR20D. Each is linked with BRINP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRINP3-to-partner and partner-to-BRINP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR20B grouped by BRINP3-low versus BRINP3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRINP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRINP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
