BRF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 730 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-17P, RNU6-187P, and IFNA21. Each is linked with BRF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRF2-to-partner and partner-to-BRF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-17P grouped by BRF2-low versus BRF2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
