BRDTP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRDTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRDTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and PARP_cleaved. Each is linked with BRDTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRDTP1-to-partner and partner-to-BRDTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by BRDTP1-low versus BRDTP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRDTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRDTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
