Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRDTP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BRDTP1 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher BRDTP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRDTP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LAML show a favorable association.

BLCA, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where BRDTP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
