Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,532 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, BRIX1, and THOC1. Each is linked with BRD9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD9-to-partner and partner-to-BRD9 results are reported.
