Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and PREX1. Each is linked with BRD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD9-to-partner and partner-to-BRD9 results are reported.
