BRD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCUB, SEC13, and HK2. Each is linked with BRD8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD8-to-partner and partner-to-BRD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCUB grouped by BRD8-low versus BRD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
