Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD7P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,130 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRD7P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Microtubule depolymerization. Each is linked with BRD7P6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD7P6-to-partner and partner-to-BRD7P6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition grouped by BRD7P6-low versus BRD7P6-high in STAD.
