Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRD7P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BRD7P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher BRD7P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRD7P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UVM, THCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where BRD7P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
