BRD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,057 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBF1_S662, LSM6, and MINK1_S732. Each is linked with BRD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD4-to-partner and partner-to-BRD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD4 versus GBF1_S662 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
