Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,780 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP3, HAUS8, and AKAP8L. Each is linked with BRD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD4-to-partner and partner-to-BRD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD4 versus GTPBP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
