BRD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,221 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP8, AKAP8L, and SAFB. Each is linked with BRD4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD4-to-partner and partner-to-BRD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD4 versus AKAP8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
