Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH1, TIPIN, and ARF4. Each is linked with BRD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD4-to-partner and partner-to-BRD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNIH1 grouped by BRD4-low versus BRD4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
