BRD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with BRD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD4-to-partner and partner-to-BRD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by BRD4-low versus BRD4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
