Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Regulation of cell fate commitment, and Positive regulation of cell fate commitment. Each is linked with BRD4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD4-to-partner and partner-to-BRD4 results are reported.
