BRD3OS

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRD3OS RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BRD3OS data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher BRD3OS RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRD3OS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCEC show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where BRD3OS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
