Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BRD3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BRD3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher BRD3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BRD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and COAD are the cancer types where BRD3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
