BRD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,692 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, GTF3C4, and BRD3_S563. Each is linked with BRD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD3 versus EHMT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
