BRD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,099 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABGAP1, GTF3C4, and RALGPS1. Each is linked with BRD3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD3 versus RABGAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
