BRD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,031 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, SMARCC2, and SMC3. Each is linked with BRD3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRD3 versus SMC1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
