Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, Transcription initiation-coupled chromatin remodeling, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with BRD3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD3 results are reported.
