BRD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BRD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,731 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF3, FUT5, and ATP1A4. Each is linked with BRD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRD3-to-partner and partner-to-BRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF3 grouped by BRD3-low versus BRD3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
