BRCC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRCC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, MCM2, and MCM4. Each is linked with BRCC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-BRCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
