Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,871 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BUD31, SUPT16H, and C7orf50. Each is linked with BRAT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BRAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRAT1 versus BUD31 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
