BRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, DHX9, and ZMYND8. Each is linked with BRAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAP-to-partner and partner-to-BRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRAP versus SART3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
