Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,038 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX54, TRAFD1, and PWP1. Each is linked with BRAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAP-to-partner and partner-to-BRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BRAP versus DDX54 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
