Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-222P, SNRPGP20, and SNORA36C. Each is linked with BRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAP-to-partner and partner-to-BRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-222P grouped by BRAP-low versus BRAP-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
