Across TCGA patient cohorts, BRAP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with BRAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BRAP-to-partner and partner-to-BRAP results are reported.
